Though it's a bit pricey, it's good for cardio or weight lifting. I cannot comment on the classes, but judging by the volume of individuals who take the classes, I assume they are good as well. It's a 24 hour gym and the sheer convenience makes it worth the price.
Descent selection of equipment. Smaller but clean.
